Weekend was terrible
bro deleted all my precious photos from hk
ask a person who is a photographer or whose hobby is photography , he would tell you how painful it is

studied till one plus last night before going to sleep.
chest felt choked after lying on bed for sometime, had to breathe deeply and rapidly
the feeling was awful. I am tired but i couldn't rest... Everyone in the house has slept, except for me... The child in me felt like crying as i struggled in vain but to no avail. Popped in a diet supplementary pill which would make me drowsy but i still remained awake. In the end, i had to wake my parents up...drank abit of cough syrup again...
mum kept me company as i slept till dawn

Woke up in the morning feeling weak and aching all over the body. I think the drugs made me feel worse. Head felt heavy. Went to sch in a daze. couldn't talk much and reading the notes made me feel worse...felt breathless...but luckily the eng paper was pretty easy

Felt spent and exhausted after the eng paper. Wanted to take OCP and return home to sleep but i decided not to in the end. Physics paper was a disaster right from the start. Stared at the paper and breathing was a misery. Wondered how i managed to finish it in the end within half an hour. The second part of the paper was worse and i shall not elaborate. I would be happy if i pass the paper.

Feeling much better now as i type. I just checked on net to see it was pnuemonia. It's not. Think i am too stressed up. Pist off when some people kept saying "fuck"

I can't believe it! France lost? This Euro is certainly full of surprises. I would not be too stunned to see Greece winning the cup. I told my bro dat i would gamble all my money, if i can, on France dat they would win. Phew! Luckily i'm not of age to bet yet.

Spent these few days mugging for block test. I really don't understand why they have to put the test just after the hols. To torture us probably. Mengda would have laughed at me if i told her i used my hols for studying for my block test.

Studying too much really makes u dull, nutty and sick. Backache is coming back again...couldn't sleep last night because i had a long afternoon nap yesterday and partly bcoz of stress and backache. Stayed up at night mugging until dawn... Watched abit of My Sassy Girl and it was as good as ever... Jason said the character inside resembled chan shu hwee and i totally agreed.

Barber gave me a bad haircut yesterday. My hair looks like esplanade now.

Anyone knows how to remove I-worm/bagle.n virus? It's simply irritating coz it juz wouldn't leave my com.

I forgot to mention about my visit to Shenzhen when we were at HK in my last entry. Here's a warning to those who intend to go shenzhen next time - Don't go. Because there is nothing much to see over there.
My parents thought that since Shenzhen is so near to Hk, we might as well visit it. We intended to see some nice greenery or pavilions over there but we were so very wrong. There is nothing but concrete and metal at that place. Besides, the air is so damn polluted. Then we tot we could shop. The things are indeed very cheap over there. I bought a pair of skaters shoes for juz 18 sing dollars. But shopping there was a real misery. You have to hold onto your bags really tightly for fear of being snatched. Although there are many security officers at the shopping complex, the sense of insecurity remained. In fact their presence made us even more nervous coz we thought the security there has to be very bad. The attitude of the shopkeepers was no much better. They seemed to be desperate to earn your money. Some would pester you as you walked, one even held my dad's arm violently and we nearly had to call those security officers for help. Is this going to be the effect of the chinese industrialisation. I really hope not.

Went to ah ma house yesterday to visit grandparents. Tried to talk to my grandpa but our conversation was very much limited by my poor command of dialect...regretted not learning my dialect well enough.

Backache is coming back again...
Mugging all day long...

i'm finally back from HK. The trip wasn't as fun as expected but it has helped me relaxed quite a bit. There is no picturesque scenery in HK to see really but it's culture in its city itself is quite unique. There are many hills in HK, hence although it is fairly large, the amount of flat land where it can develop is actually quite limited. In the city, there is a kind of messiness and untidiness that characterises it. Most of streets are narrow. Old buildings stand side by side with shophouses at the basement. Water from the airconditioners dripped down rhythmeitcally onto the pavements and people walking below. The roads are busy twenty-four hours a day with uncoutable number of neon advertisment signs hanging dangerously over it. This is the face of a typical Hongkong street, very different from Singapore huh?

What really amazes me their is the culture over there. The stuff selling over there are very expensive but the people are willing to fork out their hardearned money to buy luxurious goods. During weekends and Fridays, some major shopping districts would be flooded with shoppers carrying shopping bags both big and small in their arms. It reminds me of Chinese New Year in Chinatown. The only thing that is different is that this happens every week in Hongkong while the streets in Chinatown only gets crowded at the most a couple of times a year. The spending power of the population is really great and it helps to spur the economy. That is probably one of the reasons why HK recovers so fast from SARS. However i still think Singapore is still much better because the living standaed is better, more hygenic at least. But the lifestyle here is equally hectic as it is in HK.

I took a few great shots of the awesome night scenes in HK...Hoped to post them online but the browser virus in my com does not allow me to. Does anyone know how to remove the virus? It caused my com to be unable to read javascript and emails.

Took a nap today after returning home from ECONs lesson and had a weird dream. Dreamt of friends and my soft toys jeering and laughing at me. *scratch head* Hope it is not a bad omen.

i have many things to say,but i dun think time allows me to. I have spent the past few days mugging at home because i would have very little time left to do so aft i return from HK. YEP!! I am looking forward to this trip. Hope to buy lots of stuff there. I obtained my blog's skin from www.blogskins.com. It's a free site and i really have to thank it for providing me with such a beautiful layout for my blog. Those dogs are cute rite?

Cousin came to my house to stay last weekend. I don't think i played a good host this time. Spent too little time with him coz i had to study. But i still managed to squeeze out time to watch the Portugal match with him and my broth. The match was very disappointing. After watching it, I realised that pre-match jitters were common even among world-class players. I pitied those Portugese players because they could have performed much better if they were composed and played their normal game. They had lost to fear of losing. This is a very sad situation for sportsmen because i have experienced it myself before.
